Family Educational Rights and Privacy Policy
BFIT complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, also known as the Buckley Amendment. This act protects the rights of the student in matters of access to and release of information contained in the student's records. Questions regarding this policy should be referred to the Registrar.
This web site contains current information regarding the calendar, admission, degree requirements, fees, regulations, and course offerings. The policy of BFIT is to give advance notice of change, whenever possible, to permit adjustment. However, BFIT reserves the right to make changes at anytime when it is deemed advisable.
The BENJAMIN FRANKLIN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY reserves the right, in its sole judgement, to make changes of any nature in its programs, calendar, or academic schedule whenever it is deemed necessary or desirable including changes in course content, the rescheduling of classes with or without extending the academic term, canceling of scheduled classes and other academic activities, in any such case giving such notice thereof as is reasonably practicable under the circumstances.
