The Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology wants to be your partner in providing educational opportunities that will assist your students in gaining a solid foundation in the technical arts, and that will allow them to build rewarding careers or continue at the Baccalaureate level.
We believe that our small classes and labs, our individualized attention, and our academic support provides an excellent college environment for many students who may find it difficult to thrive at larger institutions.
While tuition at BFIT is $13,350 for 2008/2009, many students at BFIT are eligible for as much as $8,850 in grants and scholarships before loans. Taking into consideration that the technology fields will continue to be the fastest growth areas well into the future with current starting salaries ranging from $25,000 - $50,000, the investment in loans is not significant and is well below the average for all college students.
BFIT takes applications for January and September. We operate on a rolling admissions basis, but would prefer to have the applications well in advance of the start of the semester. Students who will depend on financial aid must apply early to ensure that they are eligible for the maximum amount of financial aid funds. This typically means applying 6-8 weeks before the start of classes.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
